Boxing champion killed by train when crossing railway 'wearing headphones and browsing phone'

A young boxing champion was killed by a train once she crossed a railway line “wearing headphones and browsing her smartphone ”.

Amina Bulakh, 18, didn't see the oncoming passenger service train till the instant she was fatally stricken at the crossing in her Ukraine town, according to reports citing law enforcement.

The Ukrainian women’s youth champion tried to avoid the train however was hit and fatally wounded.

Amina had gone resolute the pharmacy in her home village of Tarasivka in Kyiv region once the incident happened.

Reports say she was carrying headphones and will not hear the approaching train.

She was stricken by the service, traveling from Kyiv to Fastov, as she walked over the track at a delegated crossing.

Witnesses same she was browsing her mobile as she walked slowly apparently oblivious to the danger till the last moment.

Ukraine police can not understand the cause of this death then have launched a criminal investigation into her death.

“Tragic circumstances have taken the life of Ukraine young lady team member Amina Bulakh,” same the Boxing Federation of Ukraine.

In September she won a trophy at the EU youth boxing championship in the Republic of Bulgaria.
